Hanger rod attached to the metal frame is a completely new feature added to this bag, it makes carrying the clothes on hanger possible.
Method of carrying clothes between customers and processing area plays a crucial role in maintaining quality and to retain customers to believe in our service. Especially after processing, ironed clothes need more attention as the customers expect clothes to be 100% wrinkle-free.
We as a startup understood this thing in the very beginning that traditional method of packing clothes one over above can’t work in the long term. Our aim is to be a pan India Company, which means that we have to create processes which will have a lesser scope of human error.
After a long discussion, we decided to design a bag having a place for hanging clothes as well as to put clothes horizontally. As a bootstrapping startup, we have to be very careful while doing experiments and we are very proud to say that the experiment of this new laundry bag was successful.
These laundry bags are unique and no other laundry service company across India is using such kind of bags. The main feature of this bag is the hanger rod which is fixed with the help of a light metal frame. Currently, we are providing folded shirts on hangers and pants without hangers stored horizontally inside the bag.
Putting shirts on hangers avoid the possibility of the hard crease to appear on shirts as all shirts though they are folded they are not placed one over another. The vertical position on hangers helps shirts to stay apart which decreases the possibility of hard crease and wrinkles to appear.
In future, we are also planning to launch a premium service where shirts will be straight on hangers without folding. Since this will increase our packaging cost we will launch this service in a bit higher rates.
We are expecting better customer response with this new addition and will surely give our best to serve customers in future.
