Q-bital Healthcare Solutions a leading global provider of mobile, modular and mixed-modality healthcare spaces, is opening its first Australian premises. With the opening of the Northgate facility, Q-bital will now be able to design, build and maintain a local Australian fleet, purpose-built to meet the specific requirements of Australia’s climate, compliance and certification standards.
Q-bital’s versatile healthcare spaces have the potential to significantly increase Australia’s hospital capacity. Many Australian hospitals have already reduced elective surgery backlogs using mobile or modular facilities supplied by Q-bital, including The Prince Charles Hospital, Toowoomba Hospital and Redcliffe Hospital.
The new facility will further deliver a number of local jobs throughout the supply chain, in heavy steel frame manufacturing, shopfitting and specialist services such as medical electrics, medical gasfitting and medical air-conditioning/air filtering.
