Presented by Gibson Consulting & Solutions LLC, this competition is designed to economically empower small businesses by giving aspiring entrepreneurs the opportunity to showcase their early-stage ventures. By submitting their business plans, small business owners will be able to compete for cash and year-long pro bono services valued at up to $25,000. These services will be offered by the Next Level sponsors - successful entrepreneurs, community professionals, and investors who will dedicate their time, energy and insight to provide real-time guidance, consulting, and product and service opportunities for ONE winning applicant. Hence the competition’s tagline: It takes a village to grow a business.
Quite often, the Gibson Consulting team offers the only opportunity left for struggling clients who have started businesses with innovative ideas, passion and dreams -- yet without a viable business plan. “This realization has shown us how vital our efforts are in addressing the need for business planning”, says Gibson Consulting’s Owner, Keesha Gibson.
