Gall has been many things throughout his life. He was a shoeshine and newspaper boy, cub and Boy Scout, mechanical engineer, Army soldier, and test director of Army non-ordnance equipment at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. He was also section chief of test technicians and engineers for 28 years as well as an Army management staff in college with more than 3,200 class hours on many topics. He is currently retired.
Alexander’s work will be exhibited at the Manila International Book Fair to be held at the SMX Convention Center Manila, Mall of Asia in Pasay City, Philippines this coming Sept. 11-15, 2019 from 10am-8pm at the Authors Press booth no. 2-35.
