New and Improved Online Unarmed Security Guard License Training in Tennessee

This is a significant milestone for us, and it will provide customers with an improved user experience. The unarmed online course offered by Alliance Training and Testing provides unmatched convenience and flexibility. On-demand availability allows students to complete the course on their schedule and at their pace. This course is fully mobile responsive and can be completed with any phone, tablet, or computer with an internet connection. The entire course, including progress quizzes, and the 50-question final exam, are designed to be completed in 4.5 – 5 hours.

Meets All Licensing Requirements
This course includes an examination covering subjects in which the individual must have training for licensure as an unarmed security officer in the State of Tennessee. In accordance with requirements under Tenn. Code Ann. § 62-35-118 all candidates must complete a four-hour general course including one (1) hour each of; Orientation, Legal powers, and limitations of a security guard/officer, Emergency procedures, and General duties.

Course Improvements
Improved visuals throughout each video. We added more photos and graphics to make it easier to absorb information quickly. There is also a color change, making it much easier on your eyes during the improved viewing sessions.

Divided up modules within the course so that none of them are more than 15 minutes long. This allows learners without previous knowledge about security training topics an opportunity to learn at their own pace. Before moving onto another subject, learners can go back over the information they might not have fully understood initially.
