Neopolitan Pizza Limited, one of the fastest growing Indian QSR company, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire ‘Pizzarito’ chain of restaurants, a brand owned by Desire Restaurants LLP, Surat. With the acquisition, Neopolitan Pizza, which already has 54 outlets in operation, is all set to become the second largest home grown QSR company. This fastest growing pizzeria chain and one of Gujarat’s first QRS, has already served more than 8 million customers and aims to further venture into the western markets.‘Pizzarito’, which is flagship brand owned by Desire Restaurants LLP, dishes out delicious combinations of premium Italian and Mexican cuisine at their 16 outlets, across the state of Gujarat.
Continuing with its customer-oriented approach to serve a remarkable quality of food at an affordable price at dine-in and takeaway and innovative model of operation, this strategic move may become the game changer for local brands to compete with multinationals, in the domestic-owned QSR sector.

Under the deal, all the existing corporate or franchisee outlets of Desire Restaurants LLP that owns the brand ‘Pizzarito’ shall start operating under the brand name of Neopolitan Pizza Limited. Moreover, the existing corporate outlets under dine-in and express model with COCO, FOCO and FOFO operations of the restaurant, will also be converted to the assigned category under the brand name, ‘Neopolitan Pizza’ by Neapolitan Pizza Limited.
Spreading its wings to soar high, Neopolitan has recently launched their 3 outlets in Bharuch, Bhavnagar, and Porbandar in the state of Gujarat besides adding 2 more outlets in Vadodara, and 1 in Bilimora. It has also opened outlets in Maharashtra’s Pune, Thane and Mulund as well as in Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur and Indore.
