Miss Mexico Fatima Bosch wins Miss Universe in Thailand

Strength shows up in the face of adversity, and that is what was proved again by the unwavering personality of Miss Mexico Fatima Bosch, who won Miss Universe too.

Nonthaburi, Thailand Nov 21, 2025 (Issuewire.com)  - Despite a fair share of drama, Miss Mexico Fatima Bosch finally won the crown for Miss Universe as well as the hearts of the people. The event took place on Friday, November 21, and this victorious win is a moment of empowerment. It was quite unfortunate to see that the beauty pageant’s host treated her very badly and chastised her on stage. There are also many missteps on the run-up, but she made sure to reach the final stage. There are many other contestants from many other countries who participated in the Miss Universe event, and the list of countries includes Venezuela, the Philippines, Thailand, etc., who made it to the final round.

The title of Miss Universe comes with a strong competition, as more than 120 women were competing for the crown. This event is considered one of the “big four” of beauty pageants all over the world. However, there was much chaos before Miss Mexico Fatima Bosch was ultimately crowned. There are many allegations about her intellect and insulting remarks, which are quite absurd for such an event. Judges also quit the show amidst the chaos, and participants took flops on and off the stage. Bosch had to plan a walkout earlier this month, where she was heavily criticized by Thai organiser Nawat Itsaragrisil. She was insulted as a failure due to her promotional content on her social media platforms. It was enough for her to leave the stage, and she got flanked by Miss Iraq.

Women will always stand beside women, and that is also noticeable in this case, as all the other beauty queens stood in solidarity with Bosch. However, Nawat warned them and told them to “sit down” if they still wanted to be a part of the event. Miss Universe Bosch said, “What your director did is not respectful: he called me dumb,” and further added, “The world needs to see this because we are empowered women and this is a platform for our voice.” Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said that Bosch is an “example of how we women should speak out.”
