Nominations are evaluated based on the mentor’s commitment to supporting their mentee’s growth, offering guidance, and sharing invaluable experience.
Now Accepting Nominations
Mentor Resources is now accepting submissions for the International Mentor of the Year Award for 2024. This initiative recognizes outstanding mentors who have gone above and beyond to support and guide their mentees. There is no charge and anyone can enter. To nominate a Mentor, Mentees should complete the submission form at Mentor-of-the-Year by February 21st, 2025. All entries will be reviewed, and the award recipients will be notified and announced in early March. If you know someone who deserves recognition for their exceptional mentoring now is the time to submit a nomination.
For Organizational Representatives
The International Mentor of the Year Award is open to all organizations with structured mentoring programs. We encourage organizations to promote this opportunity by distributing information about the award to their program participants. To participate, nominations must come directly from the organization’s mentees.
