Covid-19 awareness conference
Concerned by the global health crisis of coronavirus, our HJ Foundation in collaboration with the office of the Special Advisor to the Head of State in charge of Youth and Violence Against Women and the National Youth Council organized a conference to raise awareness for the deaf and dumb in the face of the coronavirus wherein we urged them to respect the safety measures, wear a mask, wash their hands regularly with soap and follow social distancing.
The conference ended with the distribution of masks and disinfectant gels donated by HJ Foundation.

After having taken charge of a good number of examinations of Mr. Shungu, our foundation has once again accepted to support his “cervical arthrodesis” surgery under excellent conditions offered by HJ Hospitals with their team of highly qualified and experienced doctors.

In our one more endeavor to help Congolese youth, the HJ Foundation team accompanied by its Coordinator visited the ACDI / N center in N’djili to inquire about the situation in which young people are trained. The Coordinator of this center in turn informed us of the difficulties they face for the survival of the center. We look forward to collaborate with them and extend the best support possible from our services. These youth will also be engaged in our I Care Volunteer Program under which we would be training the youth in various areas of the corporate world.
Conference of the presentation of the data control room
HJ Foundation took part in the conference presenting the data control room at the Texaf Digital Campus initiated by the office of the Special Advisor to the Head of State in charge of Youth and Violence against Women and its technical partners, Kinshasa Digital and Texaf-Digital.
The VBG data control room is a dashboard that collects, centralizes and processes metadata such as the monitoring of population mobility via mobile big data and that of hospital capacity data. These data systems can identify trends in sexual and gender-based violence, predict capacity disruptions in care centers (medical, psychosocial and legal), this is a project that really interested our foundation.
