With the fourth iteration of the industrial revolution, research on the subject suggests that as much as half the world’s present working population may get de-skilled and run out of paid work as soon as 5 years from now. “The sustenance of the environment, or that of businesses, are areas that have been worked on extensively. The ME Green CSA Tool has been developed based on extensive reviews of previous studies concerning employability and professional skill development. It helps individuals examine these three core dimensions of professional development and gain actionable insights to consciously construct their professional identity.
