Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh Aug 25, 2020 (Issuewire.com)  - Professional Coaching and Organizational Development Research & Consulting firm Me Green India, Monday said it has launched ‘Me Green Career Sustainability Assessment’, a tool designed to help individuals, organizations and institutions with professional development for the 21st-century world of work. It will enable individuals to take charge of their careers, master adaptation and consciously construct, deconstruct, and reconstruct their professional identity.

NEW DELHI: Professional Coaching and Organizational Development Research & Consulting firm Me Green India has launched the ‘Me Green Career Sustainability Assessment’, a tool designed to help individuals, organizations and institutions with professional development for the 21st-century world of work. It will enable individuals to take charge of their careers, master adaptation and consciously construct, deconstruct, and reconstruct their professional identity.

With the fourth iteration of the industrial revolution, research on the subject suggests that as much as half the world’s present working population may get de-skilled and run out of paid work as soon as 5 years from now. “The sustenance of the environment, or that of businesses, are areas that have been worked on extensively. Our initiative strives to serve the increasingly essential purpose of individual professional sustainability” says Deepa V Mukherjee, Founder and CEO, Me Green India.

The ME Green CSA Tool has been developed based on extensive reviews of previous studies concerning employability and professional skill development. The tool measures the individual’s attitudes for self-directed life-long learning, the shelf life of skills used in the present job, and professional identity. It helps individuals examine these three core dimensions of professional development and gain actionable insights to consciously construct their professional identity.

Mukherjee added that “Individuals need career continuity plans just as much as businesses need business continuity plans in the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex & Ambiguous) world. Solutions can only be carved out when individuals, organizations, and institutions work jointly towards this objective.”

The firm is hosting Think Tank, Career Derailer, Lead the Change workshops and bringing on seasoned professionals to volunteer for the cause- starting from now till December 2020.

What we get to do together will be steppingstones for reaching new heights of efficient and positive human resource management- ones that we are bound to reach in the decades to come,” says Mukherjee.

Through CSA, the OD research firm is attempting to equip individuals, organizations and institutions with a tool for professional development in the 21st-century world of work. While the tool has an administration fee, the firm is offering it free of cost for the year 2020 considering the disruptions caused by the ongoing pandemic for many working professionals.
