Memphis, Tennessee Sep 10, 2025 (Issuewire.com) - Supervision Entertainment is pleased to announce that “MAGIC GARDENS”, a $6.5 BILLION-dollar major tourist attraction, is scheduled to be built in the Memphis area on 600 acres of prime commercial property just 15 minutes from the centre of Memphis and the Memphis International airport. It’s also just a few minutes to Graceland and the Elvis Presley home.
An opportunity now exists for major companies to submit bids to acquire the 'NAMING RIGHTS" for a new 100,000-seat state-of-the-art stadium to be built in the Memphis area. This stadium is the largest in the State. It is similar in size to the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, but also has a full television production and broadcast capability to "Live Stream" content 24/7 on a global basis, providing an unparalleled opportunity for whoever secures the naming rights.

Supervision is now accepting bids for the "NAMING RIGHTS" for the stadium, which are expected to surpass the $650 million ten-year deal that SoFi paid for the Los Angeles Stadium "NAMING RIGHTS."
The stadium is designed to accommodate the seating and playing surfaces of major sporting organizations from the Olympics to FIFA, International Athletics, International Rugby, NFL and other major sports. In addition, the Stadium can hold a variety of events, including major concerts, trade shows, political gatherings, conventions, equine shows, rodeos and more.
The MAGIC GARDENS attraction is designed by the same international and award-winning architects who designed GARDENS BY THE BAY (www.gardensbythebay.com) in Singapore, which in less than nine years has become the 8th most popular tourist attraction in the world with over 220 million visitors and a revenue generated of $5.4 billion.
When fully developed, Supervision anticipates that the attraction, known as "MAGIC GARDENS," will attract between 5-10 million visitors a year. The project will create between 8,000-10,000 full-time and part-time jobs for the area.
The 4,200-room Condo/Hotel (like the 3,200-room Grand Old Opry Hotel in Nashville) will soon start the pre-sales of the units, which are priced between $465,000 - $3,5 million for the penthouses. Investors in these units will share in the nightly revenues on a 50/50 basis if left in the hotel pool. The hotel looks over a 45-acre lake that at night becomes a spectacular light show with 50 holograms rising from the lake, lasers, Bellagio-like fountain displays and much more. There is nothing like this anywhere in the United States.
The project is being funded by and is subject to the successful completion of a Limited Partnership available to individual investors, private and public companies, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, Universities, corporate partners, entertainment companies, hotel operating chains, governments and similar attractions who may wish to partner with MAGIC GARDENS.
