JM Prosperity Barn Venue offers a unique event venue space for the Argyle, Texas community and region. The new development is conveniently located along the I-35 and Highway 377 corridor. Jan Hughes, Owner, and Operator of JM Prosperity Farms, has worked in the horse industry for over 25 years and see’s endless potential for the JM Prosperity Barn. JM Prosperity Barn is a newly renovated climate controlled real horse barn used for weddings, corporate events, and parties of all types, located just off HWY 377 in Argyle, Tx. The farm is a beautiful 100-acre working horse farm complete with beautiful horses, barns, grassy fields and tree-lined hills surrounding us. JM Prosperity Farm has been a family owned and operated horse farm since 1993. “We have always enjoyed being able to share this peaceful, beautiful, gorgeous farm and property with clients and horses of all kinds over the years. It has just been in the last year that we were able to begin to fulfill a new dream and direction that we feel God has for the farm by adding what is now the Rustic Barn Venue.”
The “Barn” is a 3,375 square foot climate controlled venue. As you enter the barn you will be struck by the beauty of the stain glass pieces, chandeliers and vintage barn wood that once were used for all the horse stalls. For additional space, an inclement outdoor weather plan or just an indoor-outdoor event the option to slide open the big cedar doors at the far end increases to an opulent 1,520 square foot attached covered pavilion that very often has grazing horses off in the distance as a backdrop.
The Barn venue is easily located a half-mile off Highway 377 in Argyle, Texas, with easy access to I-35 North. Lodging and additional dining can be found close by in the greater Denton area as well as Roanoke, Southlake, Keller, and Fort Worth. The Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport is 45 minutes travel time, and 2 to 5 hours from most major cities.
