Luke Hemmings expands Real Estate empire with the aim of disrupting Real Estate giants.

Melbourne, Victoria Aug 13, 2018 (Issuewire.com)  - Real Estate flamboyant Luke Hemmings is expanding his Real Estate empire ‘Masakali Estate Agents’ into a full-service agency now known as ‘Masakali Group’. Masakali Estate Agents launched in November 2017 with a view to provide an end to end Real Estate solution to the modern-day consumer.

Hemmings (25), states, “Real Estate has really been done the same way for the past forty-odd years. When you ask the general public what their perception of a Real Estate agent is, it’s blasé at its best. One of the key things for me when I started Masakali Estate Agents was to ensure that I evolved, that I didn’t just stick to what I knew but continued to push the boundaries and offered clients a service beyond traditional and became the one stop shop.” said Mr Hemmings. The Masakali Group currently has a team of six staff headed up by Hemmings. “Quite unambiguously, I’ve been disappointed with our industry it hasn’t evolved too its full potential and I guess we are here to change that. I believe the consumer wants a full-service agency rather than one transaction and where here to change that”.

Hemmings believes that there is much more to a property transaction than just Sales and Rentals. “This is why we are relaunching our business, so we can offer every piece of the property puzzle.” Mr Hemmings believes he has gained an insight into his client’s needs, “I think the biggest thing that’s happening with property right now, is the landscape is changing. People want more, they want a stress-free seamless process. What so many people don’t understand is that there is so many additional things that occur in a typical property transaction, the agent is just one piece of the puzzle. The big thing I found was that we needed to provide a service that offered everything from start to finish, consumers now days are time poor and they want everything handed to them, they don’t want to be searching for options, they want everything completed for them.”

The vision for Masakali is to be Australia’s leading lifestyle property group. Hemmings and his team embrace change within their industry, transforming the contemporary Real Estate experience. Masakali Estate Agents will now offer an end to end Real Estate solution which will encompass; conveyancing, solicitors and legal, building and pest inspections, insurance, mortgage broking, photography and videography. Just to name a few, all with the same vision and DNA, but in-house rather than outsourced like most of Hemmings’s competitors.

Masakali Estate Agents's accolades just keep flowing with the company recently being granted the title of 'IA Agent', meaning that Masakali has access to a game-changing initiative which allows the agency to connect to other independent Real Estate agents through a world class customer relationship management (CRM) system to increase buyer databases. Independent Alliance delivers a compelling case for Australia’s over 6,000 independent real estate agents to connect. The Masakali Group now has the power to meet more buyers and sellers in any given week than any other real estate group in Australia. This means the consumer will have access to more buyers to work with on their home, resulting in a greater opportunity to sell for a better price, in a shorter time.

Real Estate is an industry that normally moves with the times and adopts technology that can assist in its continued success. However, there seems to be a slight lack of faith in a new technology that presents itself to the industry. Hemmings has expanded on his full-service approach and believes the new way of doing business in 2018 is via the cloud. Masakali has adapted this change by ditching the typical corner store shop-front and having a corporate presence whilst agents work remotely. “Most of my agents are out on the road every day, with the car being their office. Employees want flexibility, and more companies are delivering this benefit by integrating remote work options into their on-site work environments.” Don’t get me wrong offices still need to exist and we still do have a physical presence but the amount of business that occurs at our locations doesn’t justify for the overheads.” Said Hemmings.

It’s predicted that half the workforce will be working remotely by 2020, but I believe it’s already happening informally,” says Masakali’s founder and CEO Mr Luke Hemmings. “Ninety-nine percent of professionals check email’s and take phone calls wherever they are, and the previous disconnect that existed between work and home is no longer there. A wide variety of our roles can be performed remotely but the most important factor when allowing staff to work remotely is finding someone who’s trustworthy. This generation hasn’t had geographic parameters to tell them how to work. Location and time are arbitrary.”

Masakali currently has a vision by 2020 to expand into the New Zealand market. “It is a natural progression to expand the Masakali Group into NZ. The thing I love about the New Zealand market is that so much is on offer. It’s a place where wonder grows, I was only discussing with a good friend of mine who is an agent in NZ, last week about how there is so much untapped opportunity of which agents in that market haven’t taken advantage of, because they aren’t prepared to take the risk.”
