Life’s Purpose Found in Debut Spiritual Book

Educator turned author shares how she survived death

Bellevue, Ohio Feb 7, 2019 (Issuewire.com)  - Educator and author, Jeanne L. Enstad, shares how she found out about God’s plan for her amidst the deaths she experienced in her debut book, “A Journey of Hope to Heaven and Back.”

The book is a walkthrough of Enstad’s lifelong battle of staying alive. She had a stroke and experienced her first open heart surgery at age 35. For the next two decades, she has been in and out of the hospital for cancer surgeries, four more open hearts, vascular treatments, and hordes of other complications. If that weren’t unfortunate enough, she was hit by an 18-wheel tractor trailer and was declared dead by doctors. Still, she managed to keep living.

Instead of letting self pity sink in, Enstad chose to strengthen her faith. Being by death’s door several times, she realized that God must have a purpose for her, just as he does for everyone else. She believes it is her duty to deliver the message of God’s love and His eventual return.

A Journey of Hope to Heaven and Back received several commendations from Amazon readers. John Swartz says that the “book is written with honesty and sincerity to describe the author’s survival of terribly difficult circumstances.” He ended with the statement that Enstad’s work “will change lives.” Another reader says that it was “a very down to earth way of looking at how God wants what is best for us.”
