Hygiene First ™ has been changing lives for over nine years where we started in schools by hosting hygiene workshops (all girls, boys LGBTQ, or co-ed) for Middle and High School. Our workshops led our efforts overseas in Ghana (Africa) in 2022, by speaking at the NewKoKo Brio School, and the Office of the SCISA women’s commission (COLLEGE OF THE SCIENCE) KNUST. Our CEO, Nickeya Hannah was a featured guest speaker and has led over 100 workshops (in-person & virtual) for over 5 years. Our Hygiene machines can now be found in some of the GreenDot schools (California), and in partnership with Khloe Kares, Inc.
We need action, and your sense of urgency on this: Our CEO (Nickeya Hannah) was once homeless when she experienced homelessness. The lack of income and embarrassment led to her making bad decisions that affected her ability to gain employment. HYGIENE, yes, hygiene also played a major role in her mental health and not feeling worthy.
