Kimana NeilStrong of APIP Martial Arts Is A Master of Movement and Flexibility

New York City, New York Jul 23, 2020 (Issuewire.com)  - Martial arts requires utmost dedication and discipline. Some people find some areas of martial arts difficult, and even seasoned experts in the field experience injuries. These injuries are often severe that render people unable to train for months or even years.

Some of these injuries could have been prevented if people had a better understanding of muscles and flexibility. Kimana NeilStrong is ready to help people who are struggling with these areas.

Kimana is an expert when it comes to flexibility and movement. He is a Masters Graduate of Long Island University, Brooklyn Campus, graduating the top of the class with a 4.0/4.0 average, majoring in Exercise Science. Kimana is also a Certified Nutrition Coach and a Certified Personal Trainer with specialties in Athletic Sports Performance, Corrective Exercise, and Youth Exercise.

Within the performance enhancement realm of athletics, Kimana further specializes in plyometrics for jumping and flexibility, which all martial artists seem to want.

On top of it all, Kimana is a martial artist himself, a 3rd-degree black belt in TaeKwonDo. Kimana has been practicing for eight years now. His university education, specializations, and practical experience make him well-equipped to bring martial artists and others to their fitness and health goals.

With a strong passion for movement that cannot be satiated, Kimana wants to reach out and help other people achieve their desired physical results, thus creating Athletic Performance and Injury Prevention for Martial Arts.

Kimana created his first flexibility product, which targets the hamstrings and adductors for people to kick higher and do splits without warming up. The product is a three-month program, containing information that is void in the traditional martial arts world and extra helpful tips about flexibility. Martial artists, or anyone who is interested, can significantly benefit from the program.

Aside from the program, Kimana is also an online coach for the people who need guidance, motivation, and know-how to lose body fat and gain muscle and strength. There are also one-off purchases of nutrition and training plans that people can buy once and use it to coach themselves.

While people have requested him to expand and teach martial arts, Kimana does not currently teach one-on-one martial arts. Kimana, however, works as one of the instructors of a martial arts company. He is also planning to create more future products, centered on martial artists who want to be able to execute high jumps and high kicks as Kimana can.

Martial artists, and everyone else who are into other sports, should be able to perform impressive actions, like high kicks and splits, without hurting themselves. Kimana vows to use his expertise and experience to help as many people as he can. With the titles and certifications that he brings, Kimana is a valuable figure in the industry since not many martial arts instructors have the same set of knowledge as him.

Bringing a deep science-based education and rooted in practical experience, Kimana presents updated principles and approaches. Kimana makes sure to continue his education daily to make sure his information and practices stay up to date with exercise science principles.
