Macomb, Michigan Nov 19, 2025 (Issuewire.com) - Kamrun Nahar, a Tech MBA (Big Data & Data Analytics) student at Kettering University, is gaining national and international recognition for her academic achievements, research involvement, and humanitarian leadership. Originally from Barishal, Bangladesh, she is currently working in the United States while advancing projects in Artificial Intelligence (AI), data analytics, and smart governance.
Kamrun completed her bachelor’s in computer science & technology from Hubei University of Automotive Technology in China. Over the years, she has authored multiple research publications and presented her work at several respected international conferences and symposiums. Her studies focus on AI-driven decision systems, data analysis, and technology-based solutions for public sector improvement.
Alongside academics, she founded the Barishal Community Impact Organization (BCIO), a nonprofit dedicated to supporting underprivileged families in Bangladesh through food distribution, winter relief, women empowerment, and education support initiatives. Her leadership has been highlighted in multiple Bangladeshi newspapers and digital media outlets.
Kamrun aims to contribute to creating transparent, efficient, and data-driven government systems that empower communities. “I hope my journey inspires girls from small villages to believe that they can achieve something meaningful — no dream is too big,” she said.
