Thereafter, he accepted a residency position at Montefiore Medical Center where he was elected chief resident in 2008. He became skilled in implant and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Castanaro continues his education through advanced technical seminars. He strives to keep up with all the latest dental equipment and procedures, as well as to provide his patients with the best technology, products, and care.
