San Francisco, California Aug 26, 2019 (Issuewire.com) - A top Cuban-American model has warned young women not to rush into cosmetic surgery after having multiple surgeries and hospital stays.
Instagram model Neybronjames had breast and butt augmentation at just 18 years old but says as time went on, she grew to "hate" her breasts and butt surgery.
Neyleen, 31, who is known as 'Neybronjames', said she felt self-conscious before she went under the knife but later regretted the surgery.
"You have to be content with your heart and who you are and what you were born with because although I “flaunt” my body... all the surgeries and everything I’ve done has only caused me more stress and regret”.
“Back then a boob job was like bum implants and lip fillers, the procedures that are very popular now. There weren’t models or influencers there were TV stars and reality stars, women like Yolanda Hadid."
As she was a promotional model at the time, Neyleen thought the surgery would give the confidence boost she needed.
Neyleen was content with her new breasts initially but as time went on, she says "novelty wore off."
“If you want to change something or feel better make sure you’re internally fulfilled and happy, and not relying on the knife of a doctor to make you happy or content with who you are.”
Neyleen is now advising anyone considering the procedure to think carefully about it.
“Pretty faces wrinkle, the skin will sag.. and age will take its toll anyways. But a good heart will always be a good heart.”
