The Digital Dairy ICCC of Panchamrut Dairy becomes the 2nd Digital Dairy project to be operational in the GCMMF (Amul). Panchamrut Dairy worked with Amnex Info technologies, to design, develop, implement, operate and maintain: Quality Supply Chain Management; Not required to mention technology fleet management system; Mobile and web-based application for Veterinary services; IoT based BMCU automation; Integration platform for AMCS; Integrated command and control centre.
Digitalization is changing the dairy business scenario and the adoption of technology has increased efficiency thereby reducing delays in the industry supply chain. The solution also facilitates the digitization of the genealogy, medical history, and the details of the milk collection pattern. With the help of the Integrated command and control centre (ICCC), monitoring the on-ground activities and sharing alerts and actionable inputs can be done in real-time. The ICCC acts as the “nerve centre” for day-to-day operations management, providing insights by processing complex data sets at an aggregated level to derive intelligence for improved planning and policymaking.
The existing dairy structure got fresh insight with Amnex’s digital solutions enabling it to centrally monitor operations across the dairy value chain for data-driven decision making.
