Success is not wealth, a special feeling, a specific or worthwhile possession, a certain power or a certain level of achievement or status. It is not a destination of a predetermined worthwhile goal. Success is a journey and as such, it’s a process. How do we get started on this journey towards success that leads to significance?
In this three-part series on How to Be A REAL Success, Dustin will explain fundamentals common to all good relationships and how to motivate a team through equipping them to reach the dream! To unlock success, it takes a team! In the second week, Dustin will help individuals recognize how their individual attitudes impact their performance and pinpoint problem feelings, behaviors, and thinking in themselves and others. The third week, Dustin will wrap up the three series by giving insight into determining a leader's leadership lid and how to create a foundation of trust from which to build one's leadership to then influence the culture around them.
