Detroit, Michigan Mar 4, 2024 (Issuewire.com) - Headed by Jasper Goodman, Landstar Investment Group did a multi-million dollar Real Estate Project with several blocks of vacant homes on the West Side of Detroit, Michigan. This rehab project was created in hopes of revitalizing the city. The project rehabbed 25 houses within two city blocks from the 1400 to 1500 Block of Mark Twain Street and two city blocks along the 1600 to 1800 Block of Ardmore Street. Most of these homes along the streets were abandoned and rehabbed by Landstar Investment Group to bring this neighborhood back to the West Side of Detroit.
With many abandoned homes in Detroit, this project hopes to breathe new life into the neighborhood and provide its residents with beautifully renovated homes.
