Vancouver, British Columbia Feb 11, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - GRNX Global (“GRNX”) today announces the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to acquire five established Canadian grain services companies. The proposed acquisitions will form the foundation of an integrated digital platform designed to help Canadian grain farmers and licensed grain buyers sell and purchase more efficiently — with improved pricing, transparency, and ease of use.
The five targeted companies include leading firms in grain sampling, brokerage, logistics, and grain storage leasing. Together, they represent a combined valuation of approximately C$108 million and will serve as the core infrastructure for the GRNX end-to-end grain management solution, subject to definitive agreements and financing.
Building Canada’s First Fully Integrated Digital Grain Platform
GRNX intends to consolidate the capabilities of the five businesses into a seamless, easy-to-use online platform that enables farmers and buyers to transact 24/7 from any internet-connected device. Once launched, the GRNX platform will be accessible free of charge to Canadian grain farmers and licensed grain buyers at www.grnx.global.
The five companies include:
● VeriGrain – Provides real-time grain sampling and data management solutions
● GoGrain – Offers digital grain transportation and contract bidding services
● GrainBag Mapper – Leases GPS-tracked grain storage bags and manages recycling
● Johnston’s Grain – A respected grain brokerage facilitating $300M+ annually in transactions connecting with over 10,000 industry participants
● Visionpool – A management consultancy specializing in technology-enabled business transformation
Bringing Data, Delivery & Pricing Together
Once integrated, the GRNX platform will collect and manage data across every stage of the grain supply chain. Key features will include:
● GPS-based storage & logistics data - Accurately locates grain bags, bins, and delivery points — improving scheduling and reducing delays.
● Verified grain quality & quantity data - Tracks moisture, protein, and other specs to support accurate grading and maximize returns.
● Traceability for premium markets - Confirms regenerative, organic, and sustainable practices to qualify for higher-value contracts.
● Real-time pricing & market access - Brokers best-available pricing while supporting third-party trucking bids for grain delivery — reducing time spent off the farm.
