Mumbai, Maharashtra Oct 6, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - Forbes India, in its October issue, announced the annual list of top 100 great people managers in India, compiled by the Great Manager Institute. The list arrived through a 4 layered evaluation of managers spanning more than a thousand companies, conducted over a period of one year, it was informed in a statement. The list has names of CEOs as well as first-time managers and there is no ranking provided for the same.
“This list celebrates people managers of India who have the highest net worth in relationships. These leaders have shown exceptional ability to connect with their team members, develop them, and inspire them; while also simultaneously ensuring that they are achieving business objectives”, said Yashasvi Jaiswal, a business analyst at Great Manager Institute in a statement about the list.
Some of the founders in the list include founders of QA Infotech, Safexpay, TAC Security, SATRA, among others. CXOs include top management leaders from Concentrix, Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance, FEDCO, Orix, Blue Dart, METRO Cash and Carry, and others. There are managers from new-age startups such as Uber and Snapdeal as well as pioneers of technology Infosys and Eaton India. The list also shows hotels such as a Hilton group hotel and IHG group hotels in the list. NGOs are represented by Sanjeevani and Agastya Foundation. Mumbai’s leading relator Lodha group also finds a mention, so does Cushman and Wakefield, a real estate consultancy firm. The list seems to be a combination of representatives across varying sectors.
The winners of this list will be celebrated through an Award ceremony in the month of November and there will be multiple honours planned for them in the coming months, informed Great Manager Institute in a statement.
