She is the Owner and Founder of Oculofacial Surgery and Cosmetic Laser Institute in Lutz, Florida.

She earned her medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in 2013, after which she performed her internship with the University of South Florida Affiliated Hospitals (Tampa General Hospital, James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, and Moffitt Cancer Center). She followed this up with a residency in ophthalmology at the University of South Florida Eye Institute, and a fellowship in oculofacial and reconstructive surgery at Duke University Eye Center.
Subsequent to her education, she attained board certification in ophthalmology through the American Board of Ophthalmology (ABO). The ABO is an independent, non-profit organization responsible for certifying ophthalmologists in the United States of America.
In good standing with a number of professional organizations, Dr. Rosh is an active member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Tampa Bay Ophthalmology Society, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the American Medical Association, and the American Medical Women’s Association.
