Hailing from Indiana, Robert developed his passion for music at a very young age and nurtured his talent as he grew up. At the age of eleven, he received his first bass guitar from his uncle and sparked his persuasion. He is greatly inspired by John Coltrane, BB King, Eric Clapton, Muddy Waters, and many others and bringing back the reminiscence of that era and flavors. He has performed in various bands and live performances until he made, Robert Day and The Hoosier Blue in 1991. He has performed across the world at various blues music festivals in Northwest Indiana to Japan.
