French work management platform Kantree launches Spanish version and expands into Latin America

Paris-based Digicoop expands into Spanish-speaking countries to take on the crowded collaboration software market and bring their powerful features to Spanish-speaking users.

Paris, France Aug 14, 2020 (Issuewire.com)  - After five years in operation, Paris-based Digicoop - developers of the work management platform Kantree - expands into Latin America to take on the crowded collaboration software market and bring their powerful features to Spanish-speaking users.

“The future of work is increasingly remote and global, and Spanish is the second most-spoken language in the world,” says Pola Henderson, Content and Community Manager at Digicoop. “After receiving a number of inquiries from business users in Spain and Latin America, we knew the time was right to launch Kantree in Spanish. The platform’s functionality comes directly from our cooperative values and we are pleased to further develop Kantree with input from our international community.”

As a truly powerful and flexible collaboration platform, Kantree introduces a new ecosystem to unleash collective intelligence, where business users are free to manage their projects on their own terms without the need for IT assistance. From click-and-done templates to the most advanced customization options all in one place, users are empowered to organize their work as they see fit. Whether they are developers using SCRUM, a marketing team planning campaigns, or an HR department handling administrative processes, Kantree helps them take control of workflows to better plan, track, collaborate and become more efficient.

With more than 20,000 users, Kantree has been trusted by major enterprise customers in Europe and beyond, such as Orange or Thales Digital Factory in France. In addition to Spanish, the platform is available in English, French, and German.

About Digicoop

Digicoop, the company behind Kantree, was founded in France in late 2015 by a team of engineers fed up with the tools available in their former jobs. Rather than yet another cookie-cutter tool, they wanted one that would allow any other teams to get organized in their own way. Pushing their thinking further, they realized that making self-organizing businesses work required shared ownership, transparency and trust. For this reason, they decided to create one of the first employee-owned (cooperative) startups.
