Technical Specifications and features
The new shredder is equipped with specially designed knives, these shredders are built to handle various materials efficiently. The slow-speed shafts generate an impressive torque of up to 2,000,00 Nm, allowing the SR-200 HD to tackle even the most challenging materials. Additionally, the quick shafts change system enables users to easily switch between different applications. With its high capacity and exceptional performance, the SR-200 HD has gained significant popularity worldwide.
To cater to different market standards, we offer different variants of the shredder. The SR200 with a disc classifier produces output sizes ranging from 60 to 150 mm, which are ideal for feeding downstream equipment. The SR-200 HD, equipped with a Trommel screen, produces output sizes of 60-80 mm, making it suitable for use as TDF alternate fuel in the cement industry. On the other hand, the SR-200 HD without a screen can produce output sizes of up to 400 mm, known as single pass rough shreds. Its design, featuring 750 mm diameter knives and a larger shaft center, provides ample discharge space to process bulky and thick materials like agricultural tyres, truck tyres, and OTR tyres.
