Wilmington, North Carolina Feb 8, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - Johnathan Miller has been many things, but not a published author, that is, until now. Having lost his mother at a young age and raised in multiple foster homes throughout the state, the stories he has to share are plenty.
With his abounding creative talents, Johnathan began his professional career in 2012 when he signed to Broadcast Music, Inc. Since, he has released multiple singles, one to achieve Platinum status, two albums, and two compilations. In 2018, he took an indefinite hiatus from music.
During 2019, Johnathan began to research and write Between Here & Yonder, a story about two adolescent best friends who reside in the North Carolina Mountains. The protagonist, Ben Jones being an adventurous but meek, 12-year-old, chronicles the events that took place in and around his family’s apple orchard during the Fall of 1943. With his sidekick and lifelong best friend Levi Robinson beside him, they search for a woman who has gone missing. Along their riveting journey, Ben discovers hidden truths, shedding light in a dark abyss of mystery, and eventually learns the importance of faith, truth, and friendship.
The novel will release via Wright Street Books, Johnathan’s imprint. Not only did Johnathan write the story but he will release the title independently with an international distribution deal with Ingram, the Nation’s largest book retail distributor.
This title releases to local bookshelves and anywhere digital books are sold on May 5, 2020.
