Northern Ireland, United Kingdom May 11, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - Grunge music has recently emerged with its most powerful rock anthem as Foreign Wolf continues to uplift the essence of this hybrid genre with their brittle guitar riffs and throat-shredding authenticity. Since 2019 this band from The UK has dominated the mainstream with its powerful and groundbreaking music. Band members Gerard McCann - Guitar & Vocals, Dave Brady – Guitar, Justin Lee Jamison – Bass, and Michael Teague – Drums began writing in late September 2019 and released their debut EP ‘Tempered Hearts’. The EP began to garner positive reviews across all platforms and kept the audience waiting for their next releases.
Their latest single ‘These Tempered Hearts’ comes from the same EP and shows that the band has hit back even stronger. With its ruthless play of energetic electronic guitar the song kicks off with pile-driving power that roots the song to the floor. The fact that the band effortlessly and stylishly balances the combination of punchy lines and breathtaking music hooks the audience so deliberately. The EP comprises of four songs that focus on issues like depression, anxiety, politics, and health issues faced by either one or more of the band members.
Built under the label DistroKid, ‘These Tempered Hearts’ has strongly engraved the name of Foreign Wolf in the genre of grunge music as they bring together influences from Deftones, Alexisonfire, and Foo Fighters to create a modern take on the post-grunge and rock era of the late 90s, and early 20s. Currently, the team is busy with their first UK and Ireland tour and is gearing up to release their second EP soon. Catch up with the songs on Spotify, and follow them on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for more updates.
