He has authored many culinary books in Marathi and English. He has written special Culinary books for blind and deaf in Braille. He is An expert in winemaking, cocktails, mocktails, instant foods and soups, masala making and developing various types of cuisine. He has also helped many chefs to improve their culinary knowledge and educated people on the finer points of sub-continental cuisine.
