Chisinau, Moldova Jun 24, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - Felicia Group of companies announces the signing of the agreement confirming the decision of the acquisition procedure of the following companies: the Moldovan-Hungarian enterprise “RihPanGalFarma SRL” and “Gedeon Richter - Rețea farmaceutică”, the majority shareholder of the companies in the Hungarian manufacturer “Chemical Works of Gedeon Richter PLC”. Initiated a year ago, the acquisition process aims to unite the forces of the two companies − “Farmacia Felicia”, emphasizing professionalism and great potential for growth and "RihPanGalFarma", being, over 20 years an example of stability in the pharmaceutical business.
