In addition to her strong focus in benign and malignant breast disorders, Dr. D’Angelo also specializes in hernia repair, skin and soft tissue, and gastrointestinal surgeries.
Dr. Desiree D’Angelo is a board-certified general surgeon who attended medical school at The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her general surgical training at Christiana Care Health System in Delaware. She is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons (ASBS). Dr. D’Angelo has been in practice in southern New Jersey for five years and has obtained special certifications from The American Society of Breast Surgeons in ultrasound and stereotactic breast biopsies.
