Allershausen, Bavaria May 21, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - Electronic and indietronica artist Valence, the independent hybrid music project of producer and vocalist Miguel Clemente, continues to evolve creatively following a year marked by live performances, festival appearances, and continued development of his signature cinematic sound.
Originally gaining recognition in the electronic music space during the 2010s EDM era, Valence built an audience through releases on labels including Dreamscape and NoCopyrightSounds (NCS). Among his early milestones was the track Infinite, which accumulated more than 20 million streams across platforms and over 6 million Spotify streams, contributing to his growing presence within the independent electronic music scene.
Known for blending cinematic sound design, atmospheric soundscapes, and melodic songwriting, Valence’s music explores the intersection of experimental electronic production and classical-inspired composition. His artistic direction draws inspiration from genres including Future Bass, Art Pop, and UK Garage.
Over the years, Valence has continued expanding his creative profile through collaborations and independent releases. Notable milestones include his 2017 remix of Halsey’s Gasoline, which surpassed one million streams on both YouTube and Spotify, as well as the 2023 collaboration Soulmate / Your Name with Sri Lankan artist KASHEEEY.
The year 2025 marked Valence’s first live touring season, including performances at Germany-based festivals such as MODULAR Festival and Sommernächte Augsburg. In a series of YouTube-exclusive releases, including the experimental bass track Arkangel and atmospheric single Warmth, Valence is building toward the upcoming ANGELS EP, a project centered around experimental drum arrangements and an ethereal granular sound palette. Inspired by the concept of a guardian angel guiding a protagonist through mountainous landscapes and clouded skies, the project explores nature-driven sonic textures. Influences associated with electronic acts such as Flume, SOPHIE, and Mura Masa are reflected through a more organic setting, transforming familiar instrumentation, including piano elements, into spacious and reimagined soundscapes.
