This project was particularly complex, requiring careful attention to detail and extensive knowledge of cold storage facilities, which typically maintain a temperature of 30 degrees. As cold storage facilities necessitate a great deal of attention to detail, including foam spray, multiple insulation layers, tight TPO welding with a water block, and double layers to prevent leaks and ice damming, it was essential to have 20 experienced professional installers on board for this type of facility.
Elite Commercial Installers worked diligently to meet the General Contractors' 6-week deadline, and accomplished 1,000 squares a week while unloading 9 semi-trucks of materials, as well as roof loading.
