The official opening of the club will take place in January 2025, offering a foundation for a dynamic and competitive E-Sports community within the country.

Prof. Abdulkadir B. Mohamed, Vice-Chancellor of Accord University, welcomed the initiative, emphasizing the university’s dedication to holistic student development. "By including E-Sports and Chess in our extracurricular offerings, we aim to provide a well-rounded, engaging environment for our entire community."
