As part of the company’s strategy, the company announced expansion into the organic bakery business by opening their first bakery under the name of “Wild Flower Bakery” in addition to their other retail sectors.
The bakery is one of the first of its kind in Dubai. Our first is a central bakery primarily focused on developing all organic baked products such as artisanal cookies, muffins, bread, and Manoushes that are All Organic, Gluten-free, Dairy, and Eggfree. The first Wild Flower Bakery is located in the upper-class neighborhood of the Zabeel One community while the second location will be opening downtown on Al Wasel Road across from Dubai’s famous Al Wasel 51area of cafes and restaurants with plans for more locations!
The Wild Flower Bakery menu and ingredient list will be created by World Award-winning holistic nutritionist and trainer Anita Joubert. The company’s focus is strictly on Organic, gluten-free, egg, and dairy-free baked products under the wildflower label. We will also be produced under a private label if required to coffee chains and other interested retailers. In addition to organic baked products, the bakery will be also producing a line of superfood organic smoothies containing super greens and proteins along with all organic Acai bowls.
Our primary target market is cafés, schools, sports clubs, gyms, and families. At the moment most of these sectors do not provide healthy options except the standard muffins, cakes, cookies, and croissants that are commercially baked using artificial ingredients while loaded with sugars and saturated fats. We aim to change that to be the go-to bakery developing and providing all-natural healthy baked products to those sectors!
Dubai has seen an explosion in fitness over the years. However, over the last few years, it has been led by HH Sheik Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum who is the chairman of the Dubai Sports Council and who is on a mission to get people of all ages up and moving and to get involved! The fitness enthusiasts’ goal is to transform Dubai into one of the most active cities in the world by embracing a healthy lifestyle.
