Drone Corps - LUV is in the Air - New 21st Century US Dept. of Labor 12 month Certificate

LICENSED UNMANNED VEHICLE PILOT - U.S. Department of Labor 21st Century Registered Apprenticeship

Austin, Texas Feb 14, 2022 (Issuewire.com)  - LUV IS IN THE AIR!

New US Department. of Labor Apprenticeship Program is not your old school electrician program!

Since the middle ages, there have been apprentices side by side earning and learning with the masters.  A master in their industry would provide food, lodging, and formal training in return for employment. The 21st Century Drone Corps apprenticeship is a little different.  The masters teach the apprentices through distant learning.  Upon completion of the program, they have Licensed Unmanned Vehicle Pilots (LUV) - piloting autonomous vehicles on land, sea, and air from their home computer - worldwide.

The new LUV apprenticeship is a hybrid distant earning program with a 6-week Boot camp at locations nationally starting in June.  Apprenticeships become Pilots upon completion of the program in 12 months and receive The Licensed Unmanned Vehicle Pilot Certificate.

The program is a registered U.S. Department of Labor 21st Century Apprenticeship with 6 -Week Boot Camps starting in June. The 12-month Apprenticeship is an earn learn-to program.  Students earn $3600 while attending Boot Camp (15.00 per hour), and then they are Cadets in the Drone Corps for the next 9 months, starting at 18.00, and upon completion earning 32.00 per hour.

The distant-learning program encompasses 12 months of learning how to use autonomous vehicles on the land, sea, and air in various industries - all from your home computer (well, a special LUV computer).  Apprentices in the program learn how to use autonomy in Cinematography & Photography, Infrastructure and Inspection, Safety and Protection, Archeology & Paleontology, Agriculture, Building Science, and software/artificial intelligence.  Upon completion of the program, the Licensed Unmanned Vehicle Pilot is guaranteed job placement at 32.00 per hour, with increasing pay over 5 years.
