Washington, D.C, District of Columbia Jan 21, 2025 (Issuewire.com)  - President Donald Trump’s inauguration ceremony showed who is currently at the top of the chain when it comes to power and Monday showed none but the Tech Billionaires. The powerful CEOs are also among the richest people in the world and have a global influence. A president who considers himself the symbol of working-class people in America showed a shift in tradition as the seats close to the President were filled by the Tech CEOs which are usually reserved for the president’s family, past presidents, and other honored guests. There were Google CEO Sundar Pichai, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos and his fiancee Lauren Sánchez, and last but not least Elon Musk, the wealthiest man on the planet and the owner of SpaceX, X and Tesla. He is also one of Trump’s closest advisers.

Apple CEO Tim Cook and TikTok CEO Shou Zi Chew were also there and it shows how mega-rich people have a prominent influence in national politics. Billionaires can make endorsements and campaigns that are highly successful and they helped to bankroll the campaign for Trump against Vice President Kamala Harris. It is not astonishing that the Presidential Medal of Freedom was given to George Soros by Joe Biden for being a billionaire donor to liberal causes. The world’s wealthiest people are perhaps playing a direct role in the administrative works which can influence the whole nation.

Trump showed some shrewd mentality and said, “They were all with him, every one of them, and now they are all with me.” He further added, “They’re not going to get anything from me.”But as a matter of fact, they also help the nation grow, trump said, “I don’t need money, but I do want the nation to do well, and they’re smart people and they create a lot of jobs.”
