Nashville, Tennessee Oct 26, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - DirecTech Connect Inc., a provider of business phone systems, managed IT services, websites and digital marketing, is expanding its presence in Tennessee under the leadership of its Founder and CEO, Frank Amato. The company operates from offices in Long Beach, California; Scottsdale, Arizona; Eugene, Oregon; and Nashville, Tennessee.
Frank Amato founded DirecTech Connect in 2012 after more than 25 years in the technology and telecommunications industry. He spent 20 years at Inter-Tel Technologies, a business telecommunications company, where he served as Director of Sales Engineering for the Western Region.
He built DirecTech Connect around a simple idea: small businesses shouldn’t have to juggle separate vendors for phones, IT and web development. DirecTech Connect brings those services together under one partner, one bill and one number to call. The company reports client retention above 98 percent, with clients staying an average of 8.7 years, and handles more than 4.8 million call minutes a year for its clients.
“When I started DirecTech in 2012, I wanted small business owners to have one trusted resource they could rely on for telecommunications, IT services, and web solutions,” said Frank Amato, Founder and CEO of DirecTech Connect Inc. “Our growth in Tennessee means even more local businesses can benefit from responsive, hands-on support from a team that truly picks up the phone when help is needed.”
DirecTech Connect’s leadership team includes Danielle Lemons, Vice President of Operations, and Alan Baggett, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, both based in Nashville, Tennessee.
