Dr. Riggins is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, the Rock Island District Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry and a fellow of both the American College of Dentists and International College of Dentists. He is a past president of the Rock Island District Dental Society. Dr. Riggins is a past trustee to the Illinois State Dental Society and a former chair of the Illinois State Dental Society’s Committee on Insurance. Dr. Riggins is a graduate of the University of Iowa and Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine.
