Los Angeles, California Sep 5, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - Dark Door Entertainment Announces Production of "Legends of Horror – After Hours™" Documentary Series, Starring Iconic Horror Actor Kane Hodder
Dark Door Entertainment is thrilled to announce the commencement of production for their groundbreaking documentary series, "Legends of Horror – After Hours™." The pilot episode of this original series’s subject is the legendary horror actor Kane Hodder, best known for portraying the iconic character Jason Voorhees.
"Legends of Horror – After Hours" is not your typical documentary; it's an innovative exploration of the minds and lives of these legendary actors. The series will feature an intimate look behind the scenes, visiting Kane Hodder in the comfort of his own home and providing an up-close and personal view of his life beyond his infamous on-screen persona, Jason Voorhees.
The series delves deep into the psyche of actors like Kane Hodder, unraveling the enigma of how they bring their terrifying characters to life. What motivates them to embody evil and monstrous personas on screen? Do these roles follow them home? How do they disconnect from their characters? "Legends of Horror After Hours" will answer these questions and more as it walks viewers through their everyday lives, offering a candid and sometimes shocking glimpse into their personalities.
Each 30-minute episode, helmed by renowned director Andrzej Bartkowiak (known for his work on films like "Dante’s Peak," "The Devil’s Advocate," "Lethal Weapon," and "Cradle 2 the Grave"), promises to deliver a unique "feature film" style that presents the actors as real individuals rather than just the characters they portray. This approach, unparalleled in the industry, provides an honest and revealing look at these horror legends.
Stay tuned as Dark Door Entertainment takes you on a riveting journey into the world of horror cinema like never before. Get ready to discover the personalities behind the monsters, as "Legends of Horror – After Hours" brings these iconic actors into your home.
