Brookhaven, New York Jan 26, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - Long Island, NY: Complete Orthopedics is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Ambreen Naz Sharif, DPM, a board-certified and qualified foot and ankle surgeon, to its multidisciplinary orthopedic team. Dr. Sharif will be seeing patients at three Complete Orthopedics locations across Long Island: Stony Brook, Lindenhurst, and Little Neck, expanding access to advanced podiatric and surgical care in the region.
Dr. Sharif specializes in comprehensive foot and ankle care, with clinical interests that include reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, minimally invasive techniques, sports-related injuries, trauma, diabetic foot management, and limb salvage. She brings advanced training from a reconstructive foot and ankle fellowship in New Jersey, where she focused on complex deformity correction, arthroscopy, external fixation, and limb preservation procedures.
She completed her podiatric medicine and surgical residency at Long Island Jewish/North Shore-Northwell Health, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Sharif earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and holds additional academic training in biomedical sciences and business administration.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Sharif has contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications and national presentations focused on foot and ankle surgery outcomes and innovative surgical techniques. She is board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and board-qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey.
