For churches without an in-house developer, GegoSoft also offers a one-time paid installation service and an optional fully managed hosting plan, though neither is required to use the platform. Churches can move between a self-hosted setup and managed hosting at any point without losing their membership data or starting over.
ChurchCMS includes a searchable member directory, event and small-group management, sermon archiving, live broadcast rooms, automated birthday and anniversary notifications, and an integrated online giving system, all accessible through both a web dashboard and a branded Android app for members.
