Miller School of Medicine, followed by his fellowship in endoscopic maxillofacial and minimally invasive surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital – Harvard Medical School and the Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Fanelli has and continues to publish research in major peer-reviewed journals, and lectures nationally and internationally. He is an active member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
