Paris, France Sep 22, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - Chilean fashion designer and artist María Pía Cornejo will present Purify SS27, the latest conceptual collection from her avant-garde label LIVERTA®, in Paris from October 1 to 4.
The presentation will take place at Pavillon Dauphine, the historic Parisian venue located beside the Bois de Boulogne. The runway presentation is produced by Fashion Week Studio and is co-financed by DIRAC, the Directorate of Cultural Affairs of Chile’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Following previous appearances at fashion events in Vancouver, New York and Milan, María Pía Cornejo brings LIVERTA® to Paris with a collection that explores fashion beyond conventional garments, approaching clothing as inhabitable sculpture and an experience of active meditation.
PURIFY: WATER AS A RITUAL OF CLEANSING AND RENEWAL
Inspired by the consciousness of water, quantum philosophy and the geometry of water crystal formation, Purify explores water as a universal symbol of cleansing, regeneration and spiritual rebirth.
The collection creates a visual and material dialogue between structure and fluidity. Opaque, structured textiles are contrasted with sculptural textile forms treated with resins and shaped to capture fluid contours and the organic movement of waves, as if frozen in time.
Hand-embroidered architectural details anchor these forms, creating a poetic dialogue between physical weight and spiritual elevation.

Beyond the garments themselves, the Paris presentation has been conceived as an immersive artistic ritual. Fluid lighting will interact with the silhouettes on the runway, while an ambient electronic soundscape composed by María Pía Cornejo with the support of artificial intelligence will surround the audience in an atmosphere of introspection and serenity.
The presentation is supported through co-financing from DIRAC, the Directorate of Cultural Affairs of Chile’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the government body responsible for promoting Chilean artistic creation internationally and strengthening the global presence of Chilean creators.
