Klamath Falls, Oregon, April 7-28 at the Klamath Art Association Opening event is Sunday, April 7th at starting at noon. Come and be fascinated by Marsha’s “Burning Memories” in sepia tones on wood, paper, leather, and bone.
The gallery will be filled with many wonderful works of art created by Marsha’s skill with the handheld wood burner and heated metal tips. From the largest on a full half hide of vegetable tanned cowhide, to the smallest a cow’s single rib bone.
This is Marsha’s first show at the Klamath Art Association, lately moved to K Falls from Texas where her work was on display for three years at Cultivate 7 12 Gallery in Waco, Texas. Her work has been shared in shows from Fort Worth, Texas to Los Laguna, California, to Sedona, Arizona (where it won a very special first every given “Honorable Mention” award), to international shows online, and in Pyrography Magazine by Fox Chapel, and interviews on several news channels in Texas.
