Super admin
Super admin is the one who handles the entire website. There are 9 schools present on the website. Super admin is having access to all the 9 schools. He can manage/view all the sections and schools present in the project by switching from one school to another school.
School Admin
School admin is the employee or the responsible person assigned by super admin to manage a particular school. He is having complete access to view and manage the activities inside his school. The only difference between super admin and school admin is school admin having access only inside the particular school but super admin is having access to all the 9 schools present.
Management
This the management of the 9 schools included in ‘shebreq schools’. Management is the responsible person dealing with the employee salary, stock, budget for all the 9 schools. For certain requests super admin/school admin/employee/student needs approval from management.
Student
After super admin/school admin adds the student he can login with the credentials. Student can view the noticeboard/exam/marks/Routine/Attendance/fee details etc.
Employee
After super admin/school admin adds employee, he can login with the credentials. The employee can view the noticeboard/exam/Routine/Attendance/salary details/leave requests through the portal.
Parent/Guardian
After super admin/school admin adds parent, he can login with the credentials. Parents can view the noticeboard/fee details/children profile etc through the portal.
