Cambridge, Massachusetts Jan 17, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - Brazilian independent studio Demona Vosz announces the first major expansion for its browser-based MMORPG, Vanya Online. The update titled "The Deep Dragon" launches on January 27, 2026.
Released in November 2025, Vanya Online blends the feel of classic 2D MMORPGs with modern idle mechanics, offering a great experience for both active players and those who prefer progression in the background. In a short time, the game surpassed 1,000 concurrent users (CCU) and built an international community across Brazil, China, the USA, and Europe.
As the community continues to expand, Vanya Online is also taking steps to better welcome Polish players. An official Polish-language chat channel (PL) will be added in-game soon to help new players from Poland join the community.
Demona Vosz confirms that "The Deep Dragon" will be the biggest content update for the game so far and a major next step in the project’s growth.

"The Deep Dragon" expands the endgame and long-term progression with new pillars of content designed for both solo and group play:
-Infinite procedurally generated dungeons – scalable runs built for repeatable progression.
-New Shadow Book questlines – expanded quests and rewards tied to the Shadow Book.
-High-level solo and group endgame content – challenges designed for top-tier characters, with modes for both solo players and parties.
-The Vanya main storyline – new narrative beats that move the core story forward.
Meet Vanya Online
Vanya Online is a 2D MMORPG you play directly in your browser (no downloads), combining active gameplay with the convenience of idle systems. Players can train skills AFK, farm experience passively, hunt in PvE, compete in PvP, and build and decorate their House with items earned from hunting.
Items can be upgraded, traded, or sold in a fully player-driven market where prices are shaped by community supply and demand. With no level cap, Vanya offers infinite progression—always giving you something new to grow, discover, and achieve.
