He highlighted the company’s exponential growth, emphasizing its transition from a small firm to a robust organization boasting a team of 150 technical members and over 1500 laborers. Vasoya emphasized the core beliefs that have shaped and set a path for BlueWing DCPL, such as excellence, employee empowerment, and the uncompromising rules of serving customers. The company’s ethos of letting good talent slip from under its nose was actually the reverse.
